The Founders’ Contest New Technologies
Conceived as a general high-tech contest start2grow is of interest to anyone who has an idea which uses new technologies to bring a product, process or service to fruition.

The New Technologies Contest is broad in its approach, embracing every industry which could use new technologies (production technology, micro/nano technology, new materials, biotechnology, efficiency technology) to turn its projects into reality.
start2grow will recognize the best business ideas by awarding cash prizes and consulting services with a total value of more than € 270,000.
With its network of more than 600 specialists, start2grow supports New Technologies Contest participants all along the road from the idea to successful founding of a new company. start2grow assists company founders in their technical development efforts in cooperation with local competence centers such as the MST.factory dortmund, BioMedizinZentrumDortmund BMZ, Center for ProductionTechnologies ZfP or the TechnologyCenterDortmund TZDO.
During the course of the contest participants may submit for assessment both a basic business plan (Phase 1) and a detailed business plan (Phase 2).
Moreover, participants are entitled to attend all the events organized by start2grow.
